This is the day that you have been waiting for. You will wake up early in the morning and have breakfast, so make sure that you get to breakfast early so that you get to the gorilla trekking starting point at the park headquarters early for a briefing. You should be well prepared with a nice parking list, including light and heavy clothes, like a rain jacket, because it might rain at any time of the day. Other items like hiking boots, walking shoes, snacks, as well as water, are also essential for this encounter with gorillas. After the briefing, you will be assigned a gorilla family to trek with and then enter the jungle led by the safari guide. You will have an interactive conservation with the guide as you’re in the jungle and feel free to ask anything that you will encounter on the way. Gorilla trekking may even last for six hours depending on the location of the gorilla family and the physical fitness of the trekkers. Once you have seen the gorillas, you will spend only one hour with them as you take photos, ask questions, and take photos, and later you will return to headquarters for the certificate and, afterward, return back to the lodge for relaxation. In the evening, you will visit and explore the local community of the Ibylwacu cultural center, and here you will learn more about the history of the people, including the activities that they get involved in, both modern and traditional. The lodging options here will include the five volcanoes' boutique, Da Vic Lodge, where you will have the meals and a compotation from
