Mgahinga gorilla national park is located in Kisoro southwestern part of Uganda; it’s a home of Gorillas and Golden monkeys. In Mgahinga one gets a beautiful view of mountain Muhabura, mountain Gahinga and Mountain Sabinyo.

Overnight:
Early morning after breakfast at 6:30 am, the driver will pick you from the hotel/place of residence and transfer to Mhahinga Impenetrable National park, make a stop over at the equator for a cup of tea/coffee and photos, proceed to Mbarara pass via Lake Mburo national park make a stopover at the Igongo cultural Centre have lunch continue to Mgahinga gorilla national park, check in to the accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Overnight:
Wake up at an early breakfast at 6:30am, pick packed lunch and transfer to the park offices for briefing by the rangers about the dos and don’ts while in the forest. By 8 am you will transfer to the forest to trek the Gorillas and golden monkeys. After about an hour, return to the lodge for a snack, refresh and then later visit the local Batwa community to see indigenous ways of living. After return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

After breakfast, check out and get ready for the journey. Lunch en route in Mbarara, have another stop over at the equator for photos and purchasing some gifts, proceed to Kampala and drop off to your desired destination.
